• In Vivo:
  In Flp-In293 cells, SRPIN340 inhibited SR phosphorylation via SRPK, promoted SRp75 degradation, and subsequently inhibited the production of HIV.In CHO cells, SRPIN340 (5 mg/ml) did not produce abnormalities in chromosome structure and chromosome number.
• In Vitro:
