  Sodium Camptothecin (5 μM; 10 min) significantly inhibits heterogeneously sedimenting nuclear RNA (hnRNA) synthesis and disrupts ribosomal precursor RNA processing, allowing conversion of 45S RNA to 32S RNA but blocking the conversion of 32S RNA to 28S RNA .
