SNDX-5613 treatment provides significant survival benefit and leukemic control in aggressive MOLM-13 disseminated xenografts.SNDX-5613 shows in vivo plasma( IC50 : 53 nM) .
In Vitro
METHODS: Primary patient-derived NUP98-r AML cells were treated with Revumenib (SNDX-5613) (2, 46, 125 nM) and cell viability was measured. RESULTS Revumenib inhibited the growth of primary patient-derived NUP98-r AML cells.
