Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit IgG, anti-Rabbit IgG F(c) and anti-Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Rabbit IgG F(ab’)2 or anti-Papain.
