Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Quercetin 3-O-malonylglucoside (1-1000 μM) exhibits excellent antioxidant capacity in a cell-free environment and is unable to effectively protect mitochondria from lipid peroxidation, but can prevent protein thiol consumption at lower concentrations.
