In Vivo
NSC745885 (intraperitoneal injection; 2 mg/kg; once daily; 10 days) significantly reduces tumor size compared to the vehicle control and demonstrates higher safety than doxorubicin.
In Vitro
NSC745885 (0.5-4 μM; 24 hours) enhances annexin V positive cells and reduces XIAP protein levels (0.5-2 μM; 24 or 48 hours) in a dose-dependent manner, significantly decreasing the densities of cultured SAS cells compared to untreated cells, with an IC50 of 0.85 μM after 72 hours’ treatment .
