• In Vivo:
  Methods: N,N-Dimethylacetamide (0.2, 0.39, 0.78, 1.56, 3.1 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection) was used to treat LPS-induced C57BL/6 embryonic day (E) 15.5 mice. Results: N,N-Dimethylacetamide prevented LPS-triggered premature birth in C57BL/6 embryonic day (E) 15.5 mice in a concentration-dependent manner.
