This protein contains a furin-like convertase cleavage site, 221-RAPR-224, and will be partially processed into N and C-terminal fragment with calculated MW of 23.8 kDa and 28.8 kDa respectively. The protein migrates as 60-70 kDa (full lengh), 35-43 kDa (C-terminal fragment) under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
