Description

Milbemycin A4 oxime is a bioactive derivative with insecticidal and nematocidal properties. It demonstrates efficacy against canine heartworm microfilariae in vivo and exhibits in vitro antifungal activity by inhibiting efflux pumps in Candida glabrata, thereby potentiating azole drugs. Furthermore, it reverses multidrug resistance in cancer cells by blocking P-glycoprotein efflux transporters.
