Western Blot of Rabbit anti-Lysozyme antibody. (Left Blot-grey) Samples of ~1 ug of protein per lane were run by SDS-PAGE. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Biorbyt Biotin Conjugated Rabbit anti Lysozyme antibody. Lane 1: purified Lysozyme reduced. Lane 2: purified Lysozyme non-reduced. Load: ~1 ug per lane. Primary antibody: Biotin Conjugated Rabbit anti Lysozyme antibody at 1:5000 for overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: Dylight 488 conjugated Streptavidin at 1:1000 with Block: orb348637 overnight at 4°C. (Right Blot-red) Blot shown on right shows detection of 0.5 ug reduced (R) and nonreduced (NR) Lysozyme using Biorbyt p/n orb344574 (1:1000 in orb348637) with Biorbyt Dylight 549 conjugated secondary antibody. Lane 1: purified Lysozyme reduced. Lane 2: purified Lysozyme non-reduced. Predicted/Observed size: ~14-16 kDa for Lysozyme. Other band(s): none.
