Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Kaempferol 3-O-(6″- galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (compounds 3; KGG) (12、25、50 μM) inhibited the expression of NLRP3 protein in RAW 264.7 cells. Treatment with the isolated compounds 3 significantly inhibited IL-1β protein expression in RAW 264.7 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Kaempferol 3-O-(6″- galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (compounds 1) showed most potent inhibition at the IC50 value of 0.46 mM. The enzyme steady-state kinetic study revealed that 1 exerted competitiv inhibition with respect to ATP.
