Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Illudin M (0.01, 1 and 10 μM; 24-120 h; Panc-1, HT-29, HFs) showed a comparable induction of apoptosis in the tumor cells (86% in Panc-1; 48% in HT-29), but an even greater one in the HF (89%) in vitro.
