Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag CCR4-Nanodisc (0.2 μg/per well). Serial diluted anti-CCR4 monoclonal antibody (orb1291229) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CCR4 monoclonal antibody binding with CCR4-Nanodisc is 40.3 ng/ml.
