PurityThis product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Horse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Goat Serum, Horse IgG and Horse Serum.
ImmunogenHorse IgG whole molecule
Tested applicationsDOT, ELISA, IHC, WB
Dilution rangeELISA: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000, IHC: 1:200 - 1:1,000, WB: 1:500 - 1:2,500
Application notesAnti-Horse IgG Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody has been tested by ELISA and dot blot. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Horse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:500 to 1:1,500 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Antibody TypeSecondary Antibody
StorageStore vial at 4° C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.

Horse IgG (H&L) Antibody Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated

ELISA Results of Goat Anti-Horse IgG Antibody Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated tested against purified Horse IgG. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Horse IgG (p/n orb2652757). The working dilution is 1:6000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using NPP ELISA Alk Phos Substrate, NPP Buffer, Horse IgG Alk Phos conjugate, and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
