Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Glychionide A (3.12-100 μmol/L) significantly inhibited the proliferation of pancreatic carcinoma PANC-1 cells (IC50=14 μmol/L) . Glychionide A (7-28 μmol/L) simultaneously induced autophagy and apoptosis in pancreatic carcinoma cells . Glychionide A (7-28 μmol/L) caused G2/M phase cell cycle arrest in pancreatic carcinoma PANC-1 cells . Glychionide A (7-28 μmol/L) induced ROS production in pancreatic carcinoma PANC-1 cells .
