Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Methods: ERD03 (50 μM) was incubated with EXOSC3 and several concentrations of long G-rich RNA. The effect of ERD03 on the RNA/EXOSC3 interaction was tested using MST to measure the inhibitory effect of ERD03. Results: ERD03 reduced the binding of EXOSC3 to long G-rich RNA at several RNA concentrations; at 3.1 μM RNA, ERD03 inhibited the binding by 54%, in a concentration-dependent manner and similar inhibition was observed with long G-rich RNA.
