• In Vivo:
  Chronic administration of Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate produces a dose-dependent effect on performance. In male Sprague-Dawley rats, Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (5-20 mg/kg; s.c.) is significantly effective in improving latency to reach the platform.
