Description

Cyclopentenylcytosine (CPC) is a nucleoside analog that inhibits CTP synthetase, depleting CTP/dCTP pools and enhancing araC activation. It induces dose- and time-dependent apoptosis and necrosis in leukemic cell lines like MOLT-3 and shows synergistic cytotoxicity when combined with araC in vitro.
