• In Vitro:
  CC0651 (30μM) significantly inhibited the proliferation of PC-3 cells and induced the accumulation of p27Kip1, an effect that was reversed in cells with hCdc34 knocked down by shRNA . CC0651 inhibited the Cdc34A-mediated ubiquitination reaction with an IC50 value of 18±1 μM. CC0651 also suppressed the spontaneous hydrolysis rate of Cdc34A-ubiquitin thioester .
