  BNS-22 (0-30 μM, 24-48 hours) can inhibit the cell growth of the human cervical epidermoid carcinoma cell line HeLa and affect its cell cycle progression in a dose-dependent manner. BNS-22 (0-30 μM, 0-6 hours) does not induce DNA damage and exerts an antagonistic effect on TOP2 toxin-mediated DNA damage.
