Description

BNC105P is a benzo[b]furan-based vascular disrupting agent prodrug that converts to its active form, BNC105. This compound inhibits tubulin polymerization, disrupting tumor vasculature and inducing direct cytotoxicity in tumor cells, with activity retained in Pgp-expressing models. It is applied in cancer research for studying vascular targeting and apoptosis in both in vitro and in vivo experimental settings.
