Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Biotinylation of the antibody was achieved by reacting Biotin-LC-LC-NHS (1 mg/mL, dissolved in dimethylformamide) with the antibody in the aqueous phase at pH 7.4. The molar ratio of biotin to antibody in the labeling reaction was 10:1, and the final biotin concentration was 70 μM.
