Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Bersanlimab (BI-505), administered at a dose of 20 mg/kg via intraperitoneal injection twice a week for a continuous period of 21 days, significantly reduces tumor growth and prolongs the survival of animals .
• In Vitro:
  Bersanlimab(BI-505) induces dose-dependent expression of ICAM-1 and programmed cell death (PCD) in Ramos, Raji, and Daudi lymphoma cells, with a dosage range spanning from 1 ng/mL to 1000 μg/mL .
