Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Benzcyclane induces use-dependent inhibition of both normal and cevadine-modified Na channels. Benzcyclane inhibits both platelet adhesiveness to glass or collagen and platelet aggregation induced by ADP, epinephrine, or collagen.
