Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Animal model: DSS-Induced Colitis Mouse Model. Dosage: 40 mg/kg. Administration: i.p. Result: Reduced colitis symptoms and increased survival rate. Animal model: NAFLD mice model. Dosage: 20, 40, 80 mg/kg. Administration: i. g. Result: Reduced the release of ALT, AST, ROS and MDA.
• In Vitro:
  Cell Viability Assay Cell line: NCM460, SW480, HCT116. Concentration: 1, 10, 25, 50, 100 μM. Incubation time: 24 h. Result: Decreased viability at a concentration of 100 μM in HCT116 cells.
