−| Host | Human |
|---|---|
| Clonality | Monoclonal |

| Clone No. | IARC307 |
| Immunogen | Derived from normal B cells in peripheral blood of a Burkitt’s lymphoma patient. Screened more than 60 culture supernatants from lymphoblastoid cell lines of normal origin, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-carrying Burkitt lymphomas, EBV-negative Burkitt lymphomas and EBV-converted sublines of original EBV-negative Burkitt lymphoma human B-cell lines for their capacity to bind the synthetic peptide autoantigens. One lymphoblastoid B-cell line was identified, IARC307, that produces IgM kappa antibodies which specifically react with the CDR1 peptide corresponding to human Vbeta8.1 gene sequence. |
| Target | TCR beta |

Flow cytometry using the Anti-TCR beta antibody IARC307. Paraformaldehyde fixed Jurkat cells permeabilized with 0.5% Triton were stained with anti-unknown specificity antibody (orb256458; isotype control, black line) or the rabbit IgG version of IARC307 (orb2645830, blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-rabbit IgG AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

Immunofluorescence staining of Jurkat cells with anti-TCR beta IARC307. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Jurkat cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of IARC307 (orb2645830) at 10 µg/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb2645830, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (orb256458) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
