This antibody identifies bands at 55 kD and 53 kD when used against the reduced protein as well as activation/breakdown products_recover. The antibody can recognize native or reduced PKARIb. Dilution optimised using Chromogenic detection. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
