Western blot using anti-Desmin antibody 14G1C12. Human skeletal muscle (A) (0.3 µg/ml) and colon (B) (0.01 µg/ml) tissue lysates (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on an SDS-PAGE gel, and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 14G1C12 (orb1821543) at the mentioned respective concentrations before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
