Flow-cytometry using anti-CD43 (Leukosialin) antibody W3/13 Staining of rat (Rattus norvegicus) leukocytes with either an isotype control (A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of W3/13 (B, orb2645748) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using an Alexa Fluor ® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

Western Blot using anti-CD43 (Leukosialin) antibody W3/13 Rat spleen (A), thymus (B) and lymph node (C) lysate samples (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the chimeric rabbit version of W3/13 (orb2645748) at 0.1 µg/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected running size for CD43 is 100-120kDa.
