Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Anisodine has protective effect on acute forebrain ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Anisodine (10 mg/kg, i.p.) can induce forgetfulness in animal models.
• In Vitro:
  In HEK293 cells, Anisodine inhibited OCT1 and OCT2 with IC50 of 12.9 µmol/L and 1.8 mmol/L, respectively.
