Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Methods: RCSEC cells were treated with 5α-Hydroxycostic acid (25, 50, 100 μM, 48 hours) and the inducing factor VEGF164 (30 μM) was added. Cell viability was measured by CCK8. Results: The drug had a significant effect on cell viability at concentrations above 100 μM.
