Application notes | ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.WB: Approx 48kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 39.3kDa according to NP_002190.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Li et al, Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci. 1999 Apr;40(5):976-82.; PMID: 10102295. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing IRF2 bands of approx. 40kDa and 45kDa are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml. |
