A sandwich ELISA was performed using SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid antibody (orb1274588, 2 ug/ml) as capture antibody, the Nucleocapsid recombinant protein as the binding protein (orb1231585), and the anti-SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid antibody (orb1273022, 0.5 ug/ml) as the detection antibody.
