Recombinant Human Endothelin-1 receptor is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Asp21-Asn427 is expressed with a Flag, 6His tag at N-terminus. VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope / capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes.
