Description

Recombinant Human Claudin-4 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala2-Val209 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus and Flag tag at the C terminus respectively. VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes.
