Detection of human ORP150/HYOU1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from Hep-G2, MCF-7, U2OS, HeLa, and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ORP150/HYOU1 antibody (orb1520222) used for WB at 0.04 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
