Detection of mouse IRF1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from NIH 3T3 (M; 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and Jurkat (J; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-IRF1 antibody orb1524937 used for WB at 0.2 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. IRF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-IRF1 antibodies, which recognize disparate epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 60 seconds (B).
