  Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 140kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Daudi (calculated MW of 85.9kDa according to NP_055315.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Zhou and Sharp, Science. 1996 Oct 25;274(5287):605-10.; PMID: 8849451). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 20kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.Additional validation: This antibody has been successfully used in the following paper: Sikorski et al. (2018) PMID: 30377371.
