TCF21 Antibody (C-term) western blot analysis in 293 cell line and human placenta tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the TCF21 antibody detected the TCF21 protein (arrow).

TCF21 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela cell line mouse spleen tissue lysate (from left to right), using TCF21 Antibody (C-term). diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary Antibody. Lysates at 35 ug per lane.
