• Purity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Sheep IgG coupled to agarose. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Sheep IgG, Sheep IgG F(c) and Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against Sheep IgG F(ab).

• Application notes: Anti-Sheep IgG F(c) Peroxidase Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 ug of Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

ELISA Results of Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG F(c) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated tested against purified Sheep IgG F(c) HRP. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Sheep IgG F(c) (p/n orb346368). The working dilution is 1:35800. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
