Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Donkey Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-donkey IgG F(c), or Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit and Sheep Serum Proteins.

A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for F(ab')2 Anti-Rat IgG Antibody.
