Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(ab’)2 and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Mouse IgG F(c) or Bovine, Horse, Human, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.

ELISA Results of F(ab')2 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated Min X Bv, Hs, Hu, Rb, Rt, Sh Serum Proteins. Each well was coated in duplicate with 10 µg of Mouse IgG (p/n orb2652749). The working dilution is 193000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution.
