Dot blot analysis of anti-Cleaved-CASP3 (Asp175) Antibody on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Cleaved-peptide or Non Cleaved-peptide per dot were adsorbed. Antibody working concentrations are 0.5ug per ml.
