ELISA plate pre-coated by 2 μg/ml (100 μL/well) Human CD47, mFc-His tagged protein orb689369 can bind Anti-CD47 (Neutralizing antibody clone Hu5F9-G4) in a linear range of 0.061-1.606 ng/ml.

HEK293 cell line transfected with irrelevant protein (B) and human CD47 (A) were surface stained with anti-CD47 neutralizing antibody 1 μg/ml (magrolimab) followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-human IgG secondary antibody.
