Western blot analysis of ACVR2B (N-term) in Jurkat cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). ACVR2B (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Western blot analysis of lysate from human pancreas tissue lysate, using ACVR2B Antibody (S14). Diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35 ug.
