Western Blot using anti-TNFalpha antibody. Rat liver (lane 1)- rat spinal cord (lane 2)- mouse testis (lane 3)- rat colon (lane 4) and human thyroid tumour (lane 5) samples were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with orb1671994 at 1 ug/ml before being detected by a secondary antibody. The expected band size for TNFalpha is 26 kDa- however dimers and other higher order complexes are well described in the literature too. orb1671994 successfully detected human and rat TNF alpha.
