Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  In rabbits, Poly-D-lysine (PDL) elicits an immune response exclusively at low dosages. The concentration of Poly-D-lysine required to reduce PrPres levels by 50% is approximately 0.8 μg/mL or 50 nM.
