A549 cell, 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, Triton X-100 at room temperature for 20 min, Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20 min, Antibody incubation with (Mad2L1) monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (orb704306) 1:100, 90 minutes at 37°C, followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody at 37°C for 90 minutes, DAPI (blue) was used to stain the cell nuclei.

ICC staining Mad2L1 in SH-SY5Y cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.

Western blot analysis of Mad2L1 on different cell lysates using anti-Mad2L1 antibody at 1/500 dilution. Positive control: Lane 1: K562, Lane 2: 293T, Lane 3: SH-SY5Y.
