  Further information: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25 to 1:50 in an ABC method. The final dilution should be optimized by the researcher. An incubation period of 30 minutes at RT is suggested. Formalin-fixed/paraffin-embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6, prior to immunostaining.
