HSPA5 / GRP78 / BiP antibody immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (5 ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml).

HSPA5 / GRP78 / BiP antibody (0.3 µg/ml) staining of Mouse Liver (A) and Testes (B) and (0.5 ug/ml) Rat Brain (C) lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.
